The crab cake is similar to the English version of kebabs made of crab meat. This dish has its origin in Maryland and Virginia, two very popular states in America.   • First, add some eggs to the bowl along with mayo, mustard sauce, salt, coriander, soy sauce, crushed chillies and chopped onions.
  • Please give it a good mix to unite all the ingredients.
  • Now add crab meat. You can add it raw or boiled as you like. It will taste different every time.
  • Then make kebabs of it in whatever shape you like.
  • Coat them in panko or bread crumbs as you like. And then shallow fry it.
  • Serve with coleslaw or tartar sauce.
